We represent our clients in negotiating all contracts associated with the touring process (production, travel, accommodations, venue...etc.) ensuring the highest quality services at reasonable rates. We are also involved with initial artist contracts with promoters, agents and managers - protecting the client's interests at all times.

Tour Budgeting

We assist our clients in creating a cash flow a cash flow plan. The plan details every aspect of a client's income from personal spending to investments and savings.

Tax Preparation

We will plan for and take care of all state and foreign tax filings to mitigate or eliminate affiliated withholding taxes.

We manage the process of audit and reconciliation of venue settlement reports, agency deposit schedules, corporate credit card accounts, and road float expense reports.
