Shawn Gee | Principal, Presiden of Music and Entertainment

Shawn Gee, a former private banker with Citigroup, is the head of our music & entertainment division. Besides being responsible for bringing in new clientele and co-managing SEFG's employees, Shawn specializes in overseeing business development for the SEFG clients. He oversees the formation and management of our client's many businesses and non-profit foundations as well as serves as the "first line of defense" for the many business offers that come our client's way.

Shawn received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Millersville University (Pa.) and his MBA, with a concentration in Finance and Investments from George Washington University.

Charles "Tank" Harris | Principal, President of sports

Charles "Tank" Harris, a former investment advisor at UBS Financial Services and Smith Barney, specializes in financial advisor oversight.  He has first hand experience as to what stockbrokers should be doing having personally guarded the assets of William “Tra” Thomas, Andre Iguodala, Chris Samuels and Kenny Thomas among many others.

Tank spent a year speaking with various NBA teams as part of a program to provide ongoing advice of how to better manage ones money.  Tank also met the criteria to be certified as a Registered Player Financial Advisor by the National Football League Players Association when he applied in 2002.

Rebecca Proudfoot has been with the firm for four years overseeing not only the day to day operations of SEFG but also serving as business manager to several of our clients.  She performs business management functions for the firm’s highest net worth athletes and entertainers. 

Rebecca is a former employee of Arthur Andersen with over 10 years of accounting experience.  She also has a BS in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from Drexel University.
